PURPOSE: To improve agglomeration strength by adding benzoic acid or aromatic monocarbonic acid and the like to a mixture of an elastic particle object and liquid Polyurethane resin at a site of execution. ;CONSTITUTION: A rubber product such as tire, tube, etc., made of natural rubber, polyisoprene rubber, styrene rubber, etc., is crushed to form an elastic particle object having a particle diameter of, preferably 0.1 to 20mm, more preferably 0.1 to 10mm. The elastic particle object is mixed with liquid polyurethane resin at weight ratio of, preferably 95 to 60:50 to 40, more preferably 75 to 85:15 to 25 to prepare a mixture. Furthermore, preferably 0.01 to 10 weight parts, more preferably 0.1 to 5 weight parts of benzoic acid or aromatic monocarbonic acid is added to the mixture for 100 weight parts of liquid polyurethane resin at a site of construction to spread on an asphalt concrete paved surface or a concrete surface and perform rolling compaction so as to form an elastic pavement structural body.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
