PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data transfer efficiency optimizing device that can efficiently transfer data by taking a utility state of a channel or a transfer time of data into account without increasing number of communication channels in the case of transferring data in a network system.;SOLUTION: In the data transfer efficiency optimizing device for data processing terminals interconnected via a circuit network 101, the data terminals 110, 120 and 130 are respectively provided with data transfer control sections 1103, 1201 and 1301 that set data transfer paths to the circuit network and data division assembling processing sections 1104, 1202 and 1306 that divide and assemble data of a number corresponding to number of data transfer paths set by the data transfer control sections, and the data transfer control sections set number of the transfer paths so as to minimize the transfer time on the basis of communication statistic information and a transfer data quantity including transfer path operating information collection in advance by the data terminals.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
