SOLUTION: This island component 1 having diameter 2= m m comprising only from polymethylpentene or polymethylpentene and with a polymer having melting point lower than the polymethylpentene, for example polyethylene and the prescribed low melting polymer composes at least a part of the surface of the island part, integrating with polyethyleneterephthalate having almost same melt spinning point with the prescribed polymethylpentene and excellent in removing properties as the sea part 2, and the value obtained by dividing the standard deviation of the diameter of the island part 1 with the average diameter of the island part 1 is =0.2 and capable of forming ultra fine fiber having fiber diameter 5= m. The non-woven fabric obtained by using the textile and removing the sea part of the fabric gives a non-woven fabric comprising ultra fine fiber of polymethylpentene.
