PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an external gasket capable of reuse upon exchanging a filter cloth and an external gasket-mounting filter plate. ;SOLUTION: The filter plate is constituted of a cylindrical section 1 which is integrally provided with a flange 2 on an outer circumferential edge of the cylindrical section 1 and fitted to a ring-shaped spacer 3 having a diameter capable of fitting to the cylindrical section 1 and the spacer 3 is capable of overlapping the flange 2.
