Process for preparing Sweet Milk for diabetics, that consists of two pre blended with skim milk, then, near the end of the production Mix and obtain the desired product. A part of the skim milk is mixed with polydextrose, acidity and neutralized with sodium bicarbonate.This pre mixture is concentrated and added HFCs (high fructose corn syrup). HFCs is added in this part of the production to achieve the desired brightness. Continue concentrating, adding Water in the pan, keeping the Brix. This process continues until the desired color.The purpose of the addition of water is to maintain a longer process of concentration to achieve a dark color. Once achieved the color, Add the pre prepared mixture simultaneously. Such pre mixing the Concentrate mixture consists of Cheese Whey with the rest of skim milk and Neutralize the acidity with sodium bicarbonate.The product was further concentrated to the point of Sweet. After concentration, the Preservative is added, cooled to the temperature of container, Add the essence and packaged.
