It provides a method for transmitting content to one or more receiving terminal from a Distribution server in a Data Network. The Method includes encoding content into a Base Layer and one or more layers of reinforcement, and the Base Layer to transmit the one or more receiving terminal.The Method also includes receiving a request to at least one receiving terminal to receive one or more layers of reinforcement, and transmit the one or more layers of Reinforcement to the at least one receiving terminal.
