The compounds are used in the treatment of inflammatory diseases, pain, migraine, asthma, cardiovascular conditions such as angina, hypertension or ischemia and as calcium channel blockers. Substituted heterocycles are of general structural formula wherein R1 is hydrogen, unsubstituted or substituted C1-6 alkyl; C2-6 alkenyl, C2-6 alkynyl, phenyl; X is selected from the group -0-, -S-, -SO-, -SO2-; Y is selected from the group consisting of a single bond, -0-, -S-, -CO-, -CH2, -CHR5- and -CR15R1 and Z is C1-6 alkyl. The invention relates to their pharmaceutical acceptable salts as well.
