"PROCESSES FOR TRANSFORMING CELLS AND FOR FIXING DNA IN PLASMIC FORM ON THE SURFACE OF POWDER AND CERAMIC OF CALCIUM PHOSPHATE, POWDER AND CERAMIC OF PHOSPHATE, PARTICULES AND USE OF THE CERTICAL PROCEDURES. The present invention relates to a process for modifying the surface of calcium phosphate powders and ceramics comprising maturing in a culture medium causing an epitaxial growth of a carbonated apatite on the surface of said powders and ceramics. The invention also relates to the use of said modified powders and ceramics for in vitro and in vivo cell transfection and for three-dimensional network culture.
