"MATRIX SET AND QUICK VAPORIZATION MATERIAL DRYING AND QUICK VAPORIZATION OPTIMIZATION METHODS". Apparatus and methods are presented for spray drying materials using a variable matrix. A die and die body are provided with a pressure regulating variable obstruction that is adjustable in the material flow path which allows control of the pressure applied to the material and consequent material temperature control as it enters the die. Optimization of pressure and temperature allows optimization of the spray drying method.
