The invention refers to medicine, in particular to gynecology.Summary of the method of infertility diagnosis to women depending on the spermatozoons mobility in the peritoneal fluid consists in carrying out the laparoscopy, aspiration of the peritoneal fluid and incubation of the spermatozoons therein during 24 hours at the temperature of 37°C. Then, it is determined the spermatozoons mobility in the peritoneal fluid and, where is determined the inhibition of mobility thereof above 71%, it is stated the severe degree, of 31…71% - a medium degree of infertility.
