The invention refers to medicine, in particular to gynecology.Summary of the method of infertility degree diagnosis to women depending on the immunologic peritoneal disorders consists in carrying out the laparoscopy, aspiration of the peritoneal fluid and separation of the lymphocytes and monocytes. Then, the obtained suspension is incubated with spermatozoons during 30 min at the temperature of 37°C, afterwards it is prepared a smear coloured according to Romanovski-Giemsa and it is determined the phagocytic index calculating the ratio between the number of phagocyted spermatozoons and the number of cells phagocyting the spermatozoons and, where it constitutes 0,6…1,5, it is stated a light degree, 1,6…1,9 - a medium degree and over 2,0 - a severe degree of infertility.
