The specification data is read from specification data file of information technology (IT) components (2-5). The linkage data indicating link between IT component and logical IT services based on technical support to be provided to logical IT service, is generated from read data and stored. Another linkage data indicating link between logical and virtual IT services based on technical service to be provided to virtual service, is generated and stored. The use of IT component is controlled for supporting a process (1) in digital IT infrastructure based on linkage data.
