The invention relates to a process for cultivating macromycetes of the Pleurotus ostreatus species, for obtaining fructiferous bodies used for preparing anti-tumoral and anti-infectious immunostimulating preparations. According to the invention, the process consists in that, for obtaining the fructiferous bodies of the Pleurotus ostreatus species, the Pleurotus ostreatus is cultivated on a layer of solid consistency, consisting of sawdust of beech, poplar, willow, fragments of stems, soya leaves, bean, apples and grapes, straws and seeds of barley, wheat, rye, which is hydrated with a nutritive aqueous solution, containing 10...20% malt extract, 5...10% proteosis, 1...5% peptone, 5...10% glucose, 1...5% anhydrous sulphate of lime, 1...5% calcium carbonate, bagged in autoclavable bags, sterilized at 110 C, cooled, and aseptically inoculated with pure micelle, incubated at 23...25 C, transferred into a fructifying enclosure provided with a device for air filtering and conditioning at 18...21 C with a relative humidity of 70...80% and a constant flow rate of 5...7 air exchanges during 24h, for with a view to cropping the fructiferous bodies.
