The invention relates to a process for cultivating macromycetes of the Grifola frondosa species for obtaining fructiferous bodies used for preparing anti-tumoral and anti-infectious immunostimulating biopreparations. According to the invention, the process consists in that the Grifola frondosa species is cultivated on a layer of solid consistency based on beech, poplar, willow, straws and seeds of barley, wheat, rye, which is hydrated with a nutritive aqueous solution containing 10...20% malt extract, 1...5% proteosis, 5...10% glucose, 1...5% calcium carbonate, packed in autoclavable bags, sterilized at 110 C, cooled, aseptically innoculated with pure micelle, incubated at 23...25 C, transferred into a fructifying enclosure provided with an air conditioning and filtering device at a temperature of 21...23 C, with a relative humidity of 70...80% and a constant flow of 7...9 air exchanges during 24h, with a view to harvesting the fructiferous bodies.
