METHOD FOR TREATING VISCEROPARIETAL ADHESIONS

The method for treating visceroparietal adhesions comprises laparotomy, the disengagement of adhesions, the placement of the catheter in the laparotomic wound and its fixation along the area of adhesiotomy by the through original sutures. Then the laparotomic wound is sewed and the liquid medium is supplied through the catheter. The isotonic saline solution containing heparin and dexason is used with this aim.
