The barrel basement has connected to each other coaxially reinforced-concrete support block and barrel, those form continuous structure where the support block is intended for placement in the foundation pit arranged in soil, and the barrel is intended for installation over soil surface and stand support, for instance, support of contact railroad network. The support block and the cup are in shape cylinders where the outer diameter of the support block is smaller than the outer diameter of the barrel.
