The method for the complex prophylaxis and the treatment of the cardiac insufficiency, the ischemic heart disease, the stenocardia, the myocardial infarction, and the subsequent rehabilitation of the patients with the improvement of the vision and the cognitive abilities comprises the up-to-date medicamentous treatment according to the recommendation of the New-York heart association in the setting of the permanent control of the conditions of the patient.
