Preparation of hydrating rosemary oil comprises controlled kneading of a mixture of rosemary foliage and flowers and of virgin olive oil. The resulting product is filtered in two stages with intermediate holding, under specific temperature and time conditions. The oil is antiseptic and anti-inflammatory, and applicable in dermatology and in cosmetics.
