One of two ceiling panels forms a central circular hole surrounded by arc-like cuts. The cuts define windows for light or air diffusion, etc. The other ceiling panel, which is square-shaped, has a central square hole for fixation of an illumination apparatus. Side cuts surrounding the square hole define narrow windows for spreading out light, cold or warm air, sound, as well as for affording view of e.g. closed circuit TV cameras.
