An apparatus to yield a white disruptive forces comprising: - an inductive coil with an inductance within a range of about 10 to 50 microhenries; - a capacitor coupled to the inductor; the capacitor having a capacitance of approximately 50 microfarads; - a lamp coupled to the inductor and coupled directly to a laser rod to by the same drive the laser rod and to generate at least one output pulse containing a value of bandwidth at half height in a variation of from about 0, 025 up to 250 microseconds; and - a fluid output with which it interacts giving momentum energy atomized fluid particles; which fluid output it is oriented to direct fluid particles along a remote conduit of the apparatus; - wherein the apparatus is constructed to direct at least one output pulse into close proximity to the conduit and, in use, communicate the target disruptive forces.
