An acupressure-type moxa treatment device uses a carbonized moxa, of whichmaincomponent is moxa and which is compression-moulded into a fixed shape and doesnotgenerate smoke nor bad smell when burned. The device includes a holding cageheld betweena front inner cylinder 1 and a rear inner cylinder 2, and an ignitedcarbonized moxa 9 in aholding cage 8. The inner cylinders enclosed by a cap 5, a front outercylinder 2, and a rearouter cylinder 2. The front inner cylinder 1, the rear inner cylinder 2, thefront outer cylinder3, and the rear outer cylinder 2 are provided with cooperating and adjustableair inlets 1a, 2a,and air control ports 3a, 4a, respectively, to enable proper combustion of thecarbonized moxa9.
