OFFICE OR HOUSEHOLD ARMCHAIR AND MEANS FOR PHYSICAL STRETCHING OF LEGS IN A SITTING POSITION

The inventive armchair is provided with means for physical stretching of legs which comprises pneumatic loading devices and an effort control system. Each means for physical stretching of legs is embodied in the form of an autonomous module comprising a bearing body provided with the pneumatic loading device arranged therein and with a downwardly extending power rocking bar which is pivotally fixed to the external side of the module. A footrest is mounted in such a way that it is movable along the power-rocking bar, readjustable from an operating to a neutral position thereof and is fixable in said positions. The bearing body is disposed in the cavity of the armchair armrest and is fixed therein at the level of the armchair cushion. Said armchair enables to carry out physical exercises in a sitting position directly at workplace with an improved comfort level.
