The robot hand joint has a tube guiding element (15) installed in a protective sleeve, whereby the tube guiding element for the guiding of at least one tube in a tube lead-through in the robot hand joint has at least one axially extending guide hole to accommodate the tube. Two torsionally fixed fastening flanges (18,19) are attached to the opposite lying ends of the tube guiding element and are connected to the protective sleeve with torsional fixing so that the tube guiding element co-rotates with the tube packet installed therein during a rotation of the robot hand joint. An independent claim is included for a paint spraying robot with the aforesaid robot hand joint.
