The invention concerns an apparatus for preparing a treating product for treating contaminated soils and/or wastewater. Said treating product consists of a cellular granular material forming a nesting substrate for microorganisms. Said apparatus comprises a closed vessel (1) for receiving the granular material and the microorganisms, at least one cannula (4) for pressurized intake of the microorganisms inside the vessel (1), and at least a rotary stick (4, 6, 8) for stirring inside the vessel (1) the granular material and the microorganisms.
