A new granule of the hepatitis B surface antigen contains front S immune determinants, the granule contains the carboxylic terminal fusion polypeptide of hepatitis B virus surface antigenic front surface antigen S 1(SS 1) and S2 immune determinants (SS2). The granular structure is similar to that of natural hepatitis B surface antigen, having triple antigenicity of front S I, front S2 and S, and can express efficiently in yeast cell.
