BIOLOGICAL MICROCHIP FOR MULTIPLE PARALLEL IMMUNOASSAY OF COMPOUNDS AND IMMUNOASSAY METHODS USING SAID MICROCHIP

The invention relates to biochemistry, medicine and molecular biology, in particular, to analytical biochemistry and immunoassay, more specifically to a biological microchip for the multiple parallel immunoassay of compounds. The inventive biochip is embodied in the form of an array of three-dimensional hydrogel cells which have a predetermined volume, formed on a substrate by photo- and chemically induced polymerisation and contain biological molecules (ligands) similar or different by the nature thereof. Said invention makes it possible to carry out a method for detecting compounds on the biological microchip comprising the identification thereof directly on the microchip hydrogel cell by a mass-spectrometry technique and a method for detecting immunoassay results consisting in carrying out an immuno-polymerase chain reaction and in recording results thereof on the same microchip. A method for multiple parallel immunoassay of compounds on a biological microchip is also disclosed. The biological microchips for immunoassay and a method for multiple parallel analysis of compounds can be used for analysing a large range of low-molecular and high-molecular compounds in medicine, pharmacology, the food industry, for environment protection and in scientific researches, in particular in proteomics.
