A cleaning process for converting a waste gas into an industrial organic waste gas capable of circulating utilization includes the following steps: a) removing dusts from the industrial waste gas at least once by a dust-removing device; b) separating organic wastes from the industrial waste gas by adsorption separating the industrial waste gas dust-removed by means of a rotating separation device, exhausting the separated clean gas through an outlet; c)desorbing the organic wastes adsorbed into the separation device, and feeding the desorbed high-concentration waste gas into a catalytically purifying apparatus for catalytically purifying it to CO2 and water; d)recycling one part of the heat generated by the catalytically purifying apparatus for itself, and delivering the other part of the heat to another heat exchanger as heat source for the industrial production or cleaning process. The present invention is characterized by that it can clean the industrial organic waste gas and simultaneously convert the pollutant into the energy to be recovered to make up the need for energy during preheating the waste gas. Therefore it can save a great deal of energy, has no secondary pollution in the cleaning process, and results in a high cleaning efficiency.
