ELECTRIC FITNESS MACHINE AND METHOD OF CYCLING, WALKING AND JOGGING THEREWITH

An invention relating to a fitness machine, which is electrically operable and has a regulator for controlling the speed of the machine. In this machine pedals are fitted to the shaft of a motor on either side. The same has footrest with straps for strapping of the feet of the user when engaged unto the machine. Two elongated adjustable rope extensions are attached to both the footrest and two handle/hand rests each attached one-rope extension. The user has an option of engaging his hands while exercising his legs and the arm / hand can be used to hold the handle of the elongated adjustable rope on either side of the footrest. The machine when on moves in a cyclic motion with the hands and the legs of the user engaged in a cyclic motion leading to exercise of the different muscles of the whole body.
