System and method for quality control of business applications

The method involves automatically storing and processing data to define user reference table of computer applications, and transmitting a questionnaire towards users. A satisfaction subscript and a list of results are analyzed and calculated based on fields selected by an enterprise. An open ended question is analyzed to attribute a response category. An explanation variable is generated from the stored data to explain the subscript. Independent claims are also included for the following: (A) a system for controlling quality of a set of computer applications of an enterprise (B) a computer program having codes for executing a quality control method (C) a computer readable medium having computer programs for executing a quality control method.
