PURPOSE: A system and a method for analyzing the online AD effect are provided to more precisely analyze the AD effect of an exposed AD screen by tracking the action of a visitor exposed to the AD screen. CONSTITUTION: The first visitor information processor(10) is downloaded and executed on a connected user computer(70) by embedding in a web page of an AD media company web server(50) together with an analysis target AD screen. The second visitor information processor(20) is downloaded and executed on the connected user computer(70) by embedding in the web page of an advertiser web server(60) having an Internet address matched with the AD screen. An AD effect analysis server(30) collects the visit sort check related information from the AD screen exposure of the user computer(70), and processes the AD effect analysis of the AD screen of the AD media company web server(50) through an analysis system by using the collected information. A database(40) stores the data processed by the AD effect analysis server(30).
