Sandwich panel with stiffener and foaming metal for door leaf and floor of rolling stock and its manufacturing method

PURPOSE: Provided is a sandwich panel for use in doors and floor boards of trains, which has sufficient strength, improved water resistance, flame resistance and noise-absorbing and protecting effects, and low weight. CONSTITUTION: The sandwich panel comprises: a core material(10) formed of foamed metal obtained by adding a foaming agent to molten aluminum or stainless steel; and a first and a second shell materials(21,22) attached on both surfaces of the core material(10). The sandwich panel is manufactured by the method comprising the steps of: providing a mold and treating it with a release agent; laminating a first shell material, a first adhesive sheet, a core material, a reinforcing material, a second adhesive sheet and a second shell material, in turn, on the mold; and molding a panel into a desired shape.
