PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor panel excellent for both recyclability and noise insulation characteristic of a material, a floor panel disassembling method, a floor structure, and a rolling stock recycling method. PSOLUTION: The rolling stock floor panel 1 includes a core 2 which is formed of chips of elastic materials solidified in a plate with synthetic resin binder, and a surface material 3 fixed to a surface of the core via an adhesive layer, and the adhesive layer has a primer layer 5 with the adhesive force of the adhesive layer degraded in a specified temperature range. In a floor structure of a rolling stock, the floor panel 1 is fixed to a corrugated plate fixed on a transverse beam via a disassembly adhesive layer. When the floor panel is used for the floor structure of the rolling stock, the floor panel has sufficient strength. When the floor panel is disassembled, the floor panel is heated to degrade the adhesive force of the primer layer and easily peel the core from the surface material, and the floor panel becomes easily recyclable.
