PURPOSE: A toothbrush for preventing and treating a dentin hypersensitivity using a light emitting diode or laser diode is provided to treat a cold tooth-phenomenon by generating a light biostimulation effect to a tooth. CONSTITUTION: The toothbrush for preventing and treating a dentin hypersensitivity using a light emitting diode or a laser diode comprises a light emitting diode or a laser diode(1) which is located between hairs(5) of the toothbrush and irradiates the teeth at brushing the teeth; a hole located in a center of a toothbrush head; and a circuit for controlling the switching on and off of a light source. The light emitting diode or a laser diode(1) located between the hairs of the toothbrush is situated around the hole and so irradiates the surface of tooth and gum.
