PURPOSE: The title composition having an excellent effect of increasing harvesting, controlling the growth rate of root-knot nematode and restraining approach of harmful insects such as mosquito, fly or the like and rats is provided, which has excellent insect-proofing property and rat-proofing property. CONSTITUTION: The composition comprises 0.1 to 0.2 parts by weight of an antioxidant, 0.1 to 0.2 parts by weight of an ultraviolet absorbing agent, 1 to 2 parts by weight of an ultraviolet scattering agent, 1 to 5 parts by weight of an enhancer which generates red wavelength, 0.5 to 3 parts by weight of an insect-proofing agent and 0.5 to 3 parts by weight of rat-proofing agent based on 100 parts by weight of base resin comprising low density polyethylene, linear low density polyethylene, a mixture of low density polyethylene and linear low density polyethylene or high density polyethylene.
