PURPOSE: A process for recovering valuable metals such as V, W, and Ti components from waste deNOx catalyst by using an acid solution is provided. CONSTITUTION: The process includes the steps of applying 50-200ml of one acid solution or their mixtures selected from chloric acid, nitric acid, sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, citric acid, and acetic acid to 100wt.% of waste deNOx catalyst and filtering it to firstly extract vanadium into an acid solution; applying 50-200ml of one alkali solution or their mixtures to 100wt.% of above waste deNOx catalyst and filtering it to secondly extract tungsten into an alkali solution; and recovering pure TiO2 residues by washing.
