PURPOSE: Provided is an obesity preventing bio-health material which contains Laminaria japonica polysaccharide fraction 1 (LP1), and exerts excellent obesity prevention effect to be used as a bio health material. CONSTITUTION: The obesity preventing bio-health composition comprises an LP1 extracted from Laminaria japonica as an effective component. The LP1 is a neutral polysaccharide containing laminarin with a low molecular weight of 1kDa-100kDa.
