摘要
PURPOSE: An electrochemical analysis method is provided to overcome the interference of an ascorbic acid and to easily and quickly measure materials inside a living body by using a diamond electrode to be doped with boron. CONSTITUTION: A BDD(Boron Doped Diamond electrode)(1) is washed by methanol. The BDD is coated by a PMDA(Polydimethylaniline) film in mixed solution of an N-dimenthylaniline, a Na2SO4 and a H2SO4. An electric current to be moved in the electrode is measured while changing an electric potential through an electrochemical device(4) by installing the coated BDD operating electrode(1), a reference electrode(2) and a relative electrode(3) inside a cell(10) having measurement solution. A concentration is decided by relating the measured current with a concentration of the measured material. Thereby, vital materials are measured without being affected by an ascorbic acid inside the measured solution.
