The ferritic stainless steel sheet, C: 0.02% or less, Si: 0.8% or less, Mn: 1.5 or less by mass%, P: 0.050% or less, S: 0.01% or less, Cr: 8.0~35.0 wt%, N: 0.05% or less, Ti: 0.05~0.40 mass%, Nb: 0.10~0.50 include mass% and, (% Ti % N) & 0.005 has a composition of: Particle size except TiN are 0.15 more precipitates in a steel matrix is distributed at a rate of 5000 to 50,000 pieces / mm2. After the hot rolled steel sheet is a hot-rolled steel slab at the exit temperature below 800 , annealing the hot-rolled steel sheet at 450~1080 and (recrystallization completing temperature - 100 ) intermediate annealing at a temperature in the range of - (recrystallization completing temperature) accompanied by a hot-rolled steel sheet and a cold rolled steel sheet by cold rolling, followed by annealing the finish is produced by the cold-rolled steel sheet in less than l080 . Ferritic stainless steel sheet has an excellent secondary working property and high dimensional accuracy after the press-forming due to the controlled distribution of the precipitates.
