PURPOSE: Provided is a manufacturing method of korean medical soup using Trionyx sinensis and white silky fowl as a main ingredient. The manufactured korean medicinal soup has rich flavor and health tonic effect and is good for various diseases. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of korean medical soup using Trionyx sinensis and white silky fowl comprises the steps of: treating white silky fowl and dipping it in decoction of herbal medicine for 3 hours; adding the white silky fowl to 3L of water, followed by addition of one cup of decoction of herbal medicine(200mL), ginseng, ginkgo nut, jujube, chest nut and the like, and boiling for 1 hour; tearing the meat of white silky fowl, followed by seasoning; adding soy paste-dissolved water and ginger to the white silky fowl boiled water, followed by addition of Trionyx sinensis and its intestine, and boiling for 15 minutes; taking the intestine out; and adding garlic, Lentinus edodes, and spring onion to the boiled Trionyx sinensis, followed by boiling for 2-3 minutes.
