PURPOSE: Provided is a method for manufacturing steamed dish using white silky fowl and korean original fowl, thereby tenderizing the meat and increasing pharmacological efficacy. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing steamed dish using white silky fowl and korean original fowl is characterized by effectively decocting various kinds of medicinal herbs and dipping the meat of a white silky fowl and korean original fowl. Therefore, their meat is tenderized and contains pharmacological efficacy of the medicinal herbs.
