The present invention provides a smaller absolute value of αμir ferrite material for a wide range of temperature region having a high Q value as well as -40 to 160 ℃. The ferrite material is Fe ₂ O _3: 45.5 to 48.0 mol%, CuO: 5.0 to 10.5 mol%, ZnO: 26.0 to 30.0 mol%, the rest CoO substantially terms of CoO cobalt oxide as a sub ingredient with respect to NiO a main component: 0.005 to contain in the range of 0.045 wt% do.
