AUTOHANDLER FOR COF AND LIGHTING DEVICE FOR COF PHOTOGRAPHING AND METHOD FOR THE SAME

PURPOSE: To provide an auto handler capable of capturing, at COF image pickup, a stable image of a COF in which light reflection is suppressed, diffused reflection is prevented and image processing is possible. CONSTITUTION: In the auto handler for the COF, the COF 1 is conveyed from a supply reel 11 to a storage reel 12 through a measuring section 2, and a lighting system 7 for the image pickup of the COF 1 is provided at the measuring section 2. The surface of a pusher plate 2a abutting the back surface of the COF 1 in the measuring section 2 is made as a top surface part 2b which is black colored by a light absorbing color. The lighting system 7 has a central lighting section 7a emitting scattered light like a LED lighting and side lighting sections 7b. The side lighting sections 7b irradiate the surface of the COF 1 with an acute angle of incidence.
