Low temperature co-fired ceramic(LTCC) composition having high Q factor and low dielectric constant is provided to show excellent quality factor suitable to use the composition at high frequency while considerably reducing content of glass frits by fabricating ceramics and glass frit and designing SrWO4-MgSiO3 based ceramic powder for LTCC. The LTCC composition comprises 60-80wt.% of ceramic material represented by xSrWO4-(1-x)MgSiO3 wherein x ranges from 0.7 to 1.0; and 20-40wt.% of glass frit such as borosilicate based glass. The borosilicate based glass is selected from SiO2-B2O3-K2O based or Li2O-Na2O-K2O-CaO-BaO-ZnO-Al2O3-B2O3 -SiO2 based materials. The produced LTCC composition has dielectric constant ranging from 4.83 to 7.12 and Q factor(Q.fo) ranging from 12200 to 14244 as measured at 11-14 GHz.
