DEVICE FOR OSTEOSYNTHESIS OF SUPRACONDYLAR AND TRANSCONDYLAR FRACTURES OF THIGHBONE

FIELD: medicine; traumatology; orthopedics. ;SUBSTANCE: Device has rods for introducing them into proximal part of thigh, needles for introducing through condyles of thigh-bone, universal clamps for rods, clamps for needles and rod as well as Ilizarov' ring for mounting onto needles to introduce them through condyles of thigh-bone. Rods are made of graphite. Scantz rods are used as for introducing into proximal section of thigh. The pins are connected by means of two rods with ring of Ilazarovs' apparatus. One rod is fixed at slanting direction at angle of 30-45 degrees. Supracondylar and transcondular fractures can be fixed for the whole period of treatment to provide minimal traumatism of soft tissues.
