FIELD: medicine, orthopedics, traumatology.;SUBSTANCE: after osteotomy in proximal department of metatarsal bone it is necessary to separate a transplant with metatarsal bone being its constituent. Then one should carry out a wedge-like resection of a metatarsal fragment, its wedge foundation facing towards volar surface. Then the caput of metatarsal bone should be inclined to the front. Moreover, the angle of unbending in metatarso-phalangeal joint corresponds to 10°, and angle for bending - 90°. The innovation suggested enables to reconstruct functions and cosmetic state of a wrist in children at post-traumatic aftereffects.;EFFECT: higher efficiency of reconstruction.;6 dwg, 1 ex
