FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics and can be used in reconstruction of first finger in children with congenital hypoplasia of first finger. Microsurgical transplantation of toe is performed on newly formed carpal-metacarpal joint. Carpal-metacarpal joint is restored at the expense of underdeveloped first finger by performing cut around underdeveloped first finger base with isolation of vasculonervous bundle, extending on the palm surface of first finger rudiment, with further ablation of nail plate, isolation of nail phalanx from soft tissues and its fixation in polygonal bone rudiment.;EFFECT: method ensures improvement of functional and cosmetic state of hand due to creation of complete carpal-metacarpal joint and first finger.;1 ex, 8 dwg
