Proposed system contains traction transformer, tank 4 and cooler 14 connected by pipelines, pump 24 with electric drive 25, axial-flow fan 19 with electric drive 22, cooling liquid temperature transmitter 13, load current sensor 12 of traction transformer, outside ambient cooling air temperature transmitter 15, axial-flow fan delivery sensor 16, axial-flow fan blade tilting angle sensor 17, axial-flow fan blade turning mechanism 18, axial- flow fan shaft rotation sensor 20, power sensor 23 detecting power consumed by axial-flow fan, microprocessor controller 21 with control system operation algorithms and program of minimization of energy consumption by axial-flow fan electric drive. Microprocessor controller is connected by inputs with all transmitters and sensors of system and is connected by outputs with axial-flow fan blade turning mechanism and electric drives of axial-flow fan and pump.;EFFECT: increased reliability of traction transformer and its cooling system, reduced power taken for cooling.;1 dwg
