The component has a concrete base plate and one on these is supported concrete wall finished unit. The lower edge of the finished unit has a relief structure and the range of the base plate an anti relief structure which is under the lower edge of the finished unit. The structure and anti relief structure interlink each other. Surfaces of relief structure and anti relief structure have a sealing channel running in a wall longitudinal direction. The sealing channel has a sealant solidified from a liquid phase in the sealing channel. The solidified sealant has a permanent elastic or continuous plastic consistency. An independent claim is included for a production method.
