The switch-selectable inking attachment has a primary roller strand leading the color to a first group of color rollers and a secondary roller strand leading the color to a second group of color rollers. The primary roller is separable by a bridge roller. The only color order rollers (9, 10) of the first group of color order rollers (12) is employable for ink transfer and the other color order rollers is separate from color rollers (4 to 7) and a color distributor drum (8) of the primary roller to a printing form cylinder (11). A direction of rotation (23) of the printing form cylinder (11) is implemented from a first color order roller to the ink transfer to the printing form cylinder (11). Alternatively, one of color order rollers has a second group of color order rollers (19) separate from the primary roller strand, for the printing form cylinder.
