An independent claim is also included for a bread dough, for the preparation of bread, comprising a mixture of (wt.%): sorghum flour (20-40); wheat flour, rye flour and/or full grain flour (5-15); sugars (8-18); eggs (10-30); milk (10-30); margarine and/or butter (8-18); baking powder (0.3-2); vanilla powders (0.3-2) and sesame (1-5), related to the total weight of the prepared bread dough.
